.XXX Sunrise Ends October 28

Only a few days remain until Sunrise for .XXX closes on October 28, 2011.  Trademark holders, this is the last opportunity to register your branded .XXX and protect it from registration by someone else.  Sunrise B registration, otherwise known as a defensive registration, has been setup by the Registry to help trademark holders easily protect their brand.  With Sunrise B, a permanent reservation and block of your branded .XXX domain is possible with a simple one time application (no additional annual fees).

• OPEN: Two concurrent tracks (A and B) within the Sunrise period for .XXX Domains.
• The Sunrise period is for trademark owners to opt-in or opt-out of .XXX.
• For simultaneous participation by those within the sponsored community and those outside of it.
• Sunrise Ends: October 28, 2011
• Sunrise Pricing:
  • Sunrise A Pricing: Non-Refundable Application Fee of 136.85* (net: 115.00) USD/Application
  • Plus the Annual Registration Fee of 101.15* (net: 85.00) USD per Domain/Year for ALL PRICE CLASSES
  • Sunrise A_Grandfathering Pricing: Non-Refundable Application Fee of 89.25* (net: 75.00) USD/Application
  • Plus the Annual Registration Fee of 101.15* (net: 85.00) USD per Domain/Year for ALL PRICE CLASSES
  • Sunrise B [basically a defensive registration]: A one-time fee of 238.00* (net: 200.00) USD/Application

II. Landrush

• Landrush Start Date: November 8 through November 25, 2011
• Multiple Applications for the same domain will go to auction
• Landrush Pricing:

III. Go Live

• Go Live Start Date: December 6, 2011
• Domains will be allocated on a  FCFS (First-Come-First-Served) Basis

  • Premium: $95.08* (net: 79.90) USD per Domain/Year
  • Platinum: $81.29* (net: 73.90) USD per Domain/Year

IMPORTANT BILLING NOTICE:

HEXONET will start withdrawing DEPOSITS for Go Live starting November 29, 2011. These deposit deductions are only to reserve funds in case all your Pre-registrations are successful. Deposits will automatically be returned back to your reseller account if any Pre-registrations are not successful or if you delete it prior to the submission to the registry (for Go Live 24 hours prior to the actual launch).
